Activation codes for the ordered programs are sent to the e-mail address provided in the customer's profile. The customer profile is created when placing the first order. We send VAT invoices to the software purchase in an electronic version to the e-mail address of the customer.
We sell personal licenses for the software we produce in the online Codeton Software store. The software is delivered in an electronic version.
In the event of resignation from an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible at support@codeton.com. Resignation from the order is possible only if the personal license has not been sent to the customer yet.
If you think that you have found an error in the program, please report it using the contact form at www.codeton.com or by writing directly to the address support@codeton.com. Anyone can report an error. We do not require prior purchase of one of our products or a service contract.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that the software was not created for an individual customer's order. You use the finished software on a non-exclusive license and the subject of the contract is only the license to use the software.
The contract does not guarantee that the program will meet all your expectations, and you have made your choice entirely voluntarily. Codeton Software has made every effort to present you the features of its software by offering demo versions. Subject to the terms and conditions of the license, Codeton Software does not guarantee the suitability of the software for specific purposes, specialized to the needs of a given activity. A complaint, therefore, may only relate to the license, not the features and parameters of software itself.
