Program can't find any proper result! What should I do?

  1. Check that the sheets are big enough to contain the smallest pieces.
  2. If using an ornament, make sure that the pieces match the sheets in this regard. If the sheets do not have any ornament and the pieces need it, the program will not find any result.
  3. Remember that the kerf also takes some space on the sheets. If the sizes of your pieces are close to the sheet sizes, enable the Allow cuts on edges of the sheet option.
  4. If your pieces are close in size to the sheets, remember the minimum cutting width is set. This means the sheet must have at least the width of the piece plus kerf, plus minimum cutting width.
  5. If Cut depth limit is turned on. Make sure the pieces can be arranged to fit the sheets. Take the ornament, the size of the pieces and the direction of the first cut into account.
  6. If the sheets have margins set, it requires consideration of cut depth limit in the configuration. If so, consider the need for additional margin cuts. In practical terms this means the depth limit must be set to 3 or 4 cuts and not 2, if you want to cut in strips. The exact value depends on the number of cuts and the cutting method.
  7. If Cut depth limit is turned on, make sure the pieces can be arranged so that the cuts do not exceed the limit set.
